1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Three Local Pros, a local referral service operated by Iron Forge Holdings LLC.

By accessing our website or using our referral service, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Services

Three Local Pros connects consumers with participating local professionals offering home improvement and other services.

When you submit an eligible request, we may share your information with no more than three participating professionals.

These professionals may contact you directly regarding your request.

We do not guarantee that three professionals will be available or that any particular professional will respond.

Submitting a standard referral request is free for consumers.

3. Independent Contractors

Three Local Pros is a referral platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not perform roofing, construction, repairs, installations, or other contractor services.

Participating professionals operate independently and are not employees or agents of Three Local Pros.

Each professional is responsible for applicable licenses, insurance, permits, estimates, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, and legal compliance.

4. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Participation in Three Local Pros does not constitute a guarantee of a contractor's qualifications, licensing, insurance, performance, availability, or suitability.

We do not guarantee that any contractor will provide an estimate, accept a project, complete work, or meet a particular price or schedule.

Consumers should independently evaluate contractors, verify credentials and insurance where applicable, obtain written estimates, and review contractual terms before hiring.

6. Contractor Contact and Lead Sharing

When you submit a referral request, you authorize Three Local Pros to share relevant project and contact information with no more than three participating local professionals for the purpose of responding to your request.

Professionals may contact you directly using the information you provide, subject to applicable law and your consent.

Submitting a referral request does not obligate you to hire a professional.

7. No Obligation to Hire

Three Local Pros does not require consumers to accept an estimate, enter into a contractor agreement, or purchase services.

Any agreement for actual work is made directly between the consumer and the selected professional.

Three Local Pros is not a party to that agreement.

8. Payments and Referral Compensation

Consumers are not charged by Three Local Pros for submitting standard service requests.

Participating professionals may compensate Three Local Pros for referral opportunities.

Fees for actual contractor services are negotiated directly between the consumer and the professional.

9. Disputes With Professionals

Disputes involving estimates, deposits, pricing, workmanship, property damage, delays, warranties, or completed services should generally be addressed directly with the professional involved.

Consumers may also report concerns to Three Local Pros.

We may review complaints and determine whether a professional should continue participating in our referral service.

We do not guarantee resolution of disputes between consumers and contractors.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Website Information and Availability

We seek to provide useful and reasonably accurate information.

However, referral availability, website content, and service features may change.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Three Local Pros and Iron Forge Holdings LLC are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of participating professionals.

We do not assume contractual responsibility for services performed under agreements between consumers and independent professionals.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Intellectual Property

The Three Local Pros name, website content, logos, and related branding are owned by or used under authorization by Iron Forge Holdings LLC or its licensors.

Commercial reproduction or unauthorized use of our branding is prohibited except as permitted by law.

13. Changes to Services or Terms

We may modify website functionality, update our referral services, or revise these Terms.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively where required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws or other applicable legal requirements provide otherwise.

This provision does not deprive consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
